Project Manager: (Required No. 1)
Responsibilities:
- business management skills
- project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management
- creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and
- managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans,
- establish timetables, and determine labor
- the ability to organize your time and workload.

Education and Experience
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in managerial position.
- Strong project management knowledge
Site Engineer: (Required No. 2)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- A site engineer offers advice in the planning, coordination.
- Taking charge of civil works and delivering them as per requirement.
- Knowledge of the resources and procurement.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Control over the contractor,vendors and site workers.
Education and Experience
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
Architecture: (Required No. 1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Design and document commercial and industrial building projects.
- Consult with clients to determine their requirements.
Education and Experience
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
Accountant: (Required No. 2)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- preparing accounts and tax returns.
- administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
- auditing financial information.
- compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
- analyzing accounts and business plans.
Education and Experience
- Completed BBS or BBA
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
